Added 1950 (George Mikan) And 1947 (Start Of Full Real Player Draft Classes) To League Types Dropdown

I added two more significant years to the League Types dropdown. I added 1950 because it captures the start of the peak years of George Mikan. I added 1947 because it is where our real player draft classes start.

Here is some background on George Mikan for those who aren't that familiar with him:

• First of the extremely tall dominant centers (before he came they weren't necessarily that tall).
• At his peak, adjusted for era, is a top 5 player all-time.
• He won 7 NBL, BAA, and NBA championships.
• Helped the Minneapolis Lakers win 5 of the first 8 NBA championships, literally creating the foundation for that team that carries on even to this day.
• Made the first 4 NBA All-Star games.
• They had to change the rules because of him: goaltending no longer allowed, widened the lanes, and introduced the shot clock.
