Basketball Returns To San Diego And Kansas City

When you create a league you can now choose the 1980/81 NBA teams.

The main differences with the 1988/89 NBA are:

• Clippers were still in San Diego.
• Kings were still in Kansas City.
• There are only 23 teams.
• Miami and Charlotte don't have teams.
• Playoffs only have 12 teams.
• #1 and #2 seeds in each conference get a first round bye.
• First round is a best of 3.
• A few logo changes.
